MiRegistry Membership

To add or change your employment record, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your MiRegistry profile.
2. Go to your Employment tab, and click Edit Employment.
3. Click Add Position and follow the prompts to locate your organization’s profile and add your position details.

When this is complete, your organization can verify you as an employee. If your employment changes while you have an application in process, you can have your employment record changed by calling MiRegistry at (833) 386-9238.

Your membership expires one year from approval.

If your membership is current and you would like to send documentation for verification, you will need to renew your membership before sending documents, regardless of your expiration date.

While MiRegistry does not require specific documentation, you may have documentation required by licensing or your employer. Typical examples include CPR and First Aid, official transcripts, and professional memberships. You will receive an email suggesting acceptable documentation to send for any items that are self-reported in your application so that your profile accurately reflects your qualifications. If we do not receive documentation, your application will be processed with any information already verified on your profile.

When you apply for or renew your membership, you have 30 days from your application date to send documents.

We recommend sending all documentation at one time on the day you apply or renew, as your application processing time begins on the date we receive documents. If you receive additional documentation you would like verified through MiRegistry after your 30-day window has ended, you can renew your membership and send your new documents within 30 days of your renewal.

You may email all non-transcript documents in one PDF scan to support@miregistry.org. Include your first and last name and MiRegistry ID in the email.

We also accept documents submitted using:

• The Ask Us/Submit Documents button when you log in to your  MiRegistry profile.
• Fax at 1-888-825-9995
• Physical mail. Our mailing address is:

All documents should include your full name and MiRegistry ID. Please see the Acceptable Documentation Policy for details.

Sending Official Transcripts
We only accept official transcripts sent in one of the following ways:

• The school of attendance emails an encrypted .pdf file of official transcripts directly to support@miregistry.org.
• The school of attendance mails sealed official transcripts to: MiRegistry 2908 Marketplace Drive, Suite 103 Fitchburg, WI 53719

Official transcripts do not need to include your MiRegistry ID since they come directly from the school.

MiRegistry cannot accept unofficial transcripts. This includes student copies, grade reports, and transcripts that are not sent by the school or the ordering service they use, such as Parchment or the National Student Clearinghouse. There is no reason to send unofficial transcripts to MiRegistry at any time.

If you do not have the ability to have official transcripts sent, we can verify your college degree only with a copy of your Diploma from an accredited college or university showing the date of graduation for completion of the degree.

MiRegistry accepts foreign transcripts that have been both translated and evaluated. Foreign transcripts must be both translated and evaluated by an accredited foreign credential evaluation agency. The foreign credential evaluation agency will charge a fee for this service. MiRegistry only accepts transcripts that are both translated and evaluated from the following accrediting bodies:

• National Association of Credential Evaluation Services (NACES)
  • Current Approved Companies: NACES | Credentials Evaluations Provided by NACES Members
• Association of International Credential Evaluators, Inc. (AICE)
  • Current Approved Companies: Members | AICE
